Terms & Conditions

1. Services Offered:

Daig.com.pk specializes in providing a diverse range of catering services, including but not limited to event catering for weddings, corporate gatherings, and special occasions, as well as home delivery of different dishes we offer.

The details of the services offered, including menu options and event customization, will be detailed in the customized catering agreement established between Daig.com.pk and the client.

2. Ordering and Payment:

To place an order, clients can conveniently visit our user-friendly website, daig.com.pk or use our mobile application, or contact our dedicated customer service team.

For the orders, we accept payment through various channels, including cash on delivery, secure online bank transfers, credit/debit card payments or mobile wallet services (easypaisa, jazzcash etc).

3. Cancellation Policy:

Clients may cancel their catering order by providing notice at least 36 hours before the scheduled delivery time. In case of an event, notice should be provided at least 3 days before the scheduled event.

Cancellations made after the specified time frame may result in the penalization of the entire payment.

4. Refund/Return Policy:

Daig.com.pk does not provide refunds for its services. Once an order is confirmed and payment is received, it is considered final.

In exceptional cases, such as failure to deliver the agreed-upon services, Daig.com.pk may, at its discretion, offer alternative solutions or compensation. Any such considerations will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

5. Menu Customization:

Clients can customize their menus to suit their unique preferences and requirements.

Any additional costs associated with menu changes will be communicated to the client, and mutual agreement on these adjustments will be sought before implementation.

6. Privacy Policy:

Daig.com.pk is committed to safeguarding the privacy of its clients. All personal information collected during the ordering process will be used exclusively for order processing and will not be shared with third parties.

Daig.com.pk shall not be held liable for any failure to perform its obligations due to unforeseen circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of terrorism, or strikes.
